Mr. Francisco's practice includes a variety of litigation matters, including bad faith, managed care liability and complex contract disputes.

Mr. Francisco received his law degree from Loyola Law School and his B.A. in Government from Claremont McKenna College. At Loyola, Mr. Francisco was the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and a member of Loyola's nationally ranked Byrne Trial Advocacy Team. Mr. Francisco's academic honors include: First Honors Awards for the highest grade in Introduction to Negotiations and Public Speaking for Lawyers; Dean's Honor List; the Otto Kaus Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Research, Writing & Editing; and the Loyola Law Review's Outstanding Service Award. Mr. Francisco's other legal education includes Conflict Resolution Training in satisfaction of the Dispute Resolution Programs Act and Advanced Disability Mediation Training.

Mr. Francisco is licensed to practice in all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts in the Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts. Mr. Francisco is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Mediation Panel, the American Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
