Mr. Casiano is the current Chair of the Elder Law Section of the San Diego county Bar Association, a member of the San Diego Superior court Probate Rules Committee; Chair of the Estate Planning Committee of the ABA’s CP Solo Section; 2001-2003 Fellow with the ABA’s Real Property Probate and Trust Section, a member of the Disability Planning Committee with that section, delegate to the State Bar of California Conference of Delegates, and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Casiano is a frequent speaker and author on Elder Law and Estate Planning to other attorneys and interested community groups.
