Mr. Knight has been in the private practice of law since 1983. While he has a wide variety of legal experience, including personal injury, worker's compensation, domestic relations, corporations and probate, he has concentrated on the defense of the criminally accused throughout much of his practice, and exclusively since the mid-1990's. Mr. Knight also sits as a Municipal Court Judge on a part-time basis for the City of Littleton and has done so since 1989. Ms. Moses was a Deputy State Public Defender from 1993-1999. She joined Mr. Knight's practice in 1999 and Knight & Moses, LLC was formed in 2002. She is currently a member of the Alternate Defense Counsel for the State of Colorado.
