In addition, the Firm regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings and arbitrations before bodies such as the New York Stock Exchange, National Association of Securities Dealers, Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and National Futures Association. The Firm has also authored amicus briefs on a variety of securities, banking and First Amendment issues filed before the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Florida Supreme Court.

The Firm also represents its clients in contract negotiations and business transactions, including agreements for asset sales and purchases, personal services, leases, stock options, publishing and financial services.
