Donald Beckner is a former United States Attorney. As a United States Attorney, he personally prosecuted major white-collar crime and political corruption cases. Mr. Beckner practices?business litigation in areas including securities, S.E.C. enforcement actions, construction, bankruptcy, and federal white-collar crimes. Mr. Beckner has pending or has recently concluded litigation in federal courts in San Francisco, Dallas, New Orleans, Memphis, Pensacola, Miami, Paris, France and Louisiana. He has argued many appeals in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits.

Mr. Beckner conducted seminars for attorneys on Oral Argument before the United States Courts of Appeals. He was named Man of the Year for Louisiana, and served on the Lawyers Advisory Committee for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
