If we believe that pre-trial resolution is in our client's best legal and financial interests, we will use our extensive alternative dispute resolution skills to bring about a full and fair settlement. We are licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Alabama and Louisiana, before the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal and before the United States Supreme Court. Because of our extensive experience in federal court litigation, we regularly receive referrals of federal matters from other law firms and serve as local counsel in many federal court proceedings.
