Since it was formed, the Firm's character has been shaped by its founding partners, Robert H. Quinn and James T. Morris. Mr. Quinn served as Massachusetts Attorney General and Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Mr. Morris is a former Executive Assistant Attorney General and Counsel to the Speaker of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Together, they have created an environment in which their Firm's clients are provided with comprehensive representation in the area of government relations and a complete range of legal services.
