Mr. Weaver was born in San Antonio, Texas, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Professional Writing from Baylor University. He then attended South Texas College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate.

While in law school, Mr. Weaver was a member of the Mock Trial Varsity Team. During his time at South Texas College of Law, he led an undefeated mock trial team, was awarded Best Speaker and achieved Finalist positions in several competitions.

His involvement in the legal field began when he served as an aide to the Bexar County District Attorney's Office. He worked in the family violence unit, designed to protect battered women and children. After moving to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law, he worked closely with prestigious law firms where he dealt in complex business litigation and medical malpractice defense.

More recently, Mr. Weaver has represented large corporations in asbestos, silica and other products litigation.

He has also represented injured plaintiffs in the prosecution of over 40 pharmaceutical products liability cases.

Mr. Weaver has also enjoyed helping individuals in Family Law related matters.
